At a glance. A case review is free, and there is no obligation to hire the firm. Using this website, sending a form, or receiving an automated confirmation does not mean your case has been accepted.

Using this website

These terms apply to go.sinklaw.com and its landing pages, operated for George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers (“George Sink Injury Lawyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review them with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these website terms, discontinue use of the site.

These terms concern website access and inquiries. They do not replace a signed engagement agreement, expand an attorney’s authority, or waive protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Information and representation

The pages introduce services and provide general information. They are not advice about your specific circumstances. Legal rights, deadlines, and available remedies depend on facts and jurisdiction; information can also become outdated.

Reading a page, calling, submitting a form, receiving an email or text, or seeing a thank-you page does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm agrees to accept the matter and the applicable engagement process is completed. The firm may decline a matter after review or a conflict check.

Unless we have agreed to represent you, do not assume that we are filing a claim, investigating, preserving evidence, monitoring a deadline, or taking other action for you. An automated submission confirmation is not confirmation that a lawyer has reviewed your inquiry.

Submitting an inquiry

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. The initial form is for a short description, not sensitive documents or a complete case history. Ask the team how to transmit additional records appropriately.

Do not assume an unsolicited submission is privileged or confidential. Applicable duties to prospective clients remain governed by law and professional rules; these terms do not remove those duties. Avoid sending details that could be sensitive until the firm explains how to proceed.

Do not rely on a form response when a deadline is close. Seek timely legal assistance. This website is not an emergency service. Use it only when you can do so safely, including when you are not driving.

Contact permission and optional text messages

When you request contact, the firm or a provider acting for it may respond about that request through the contact information you supply, consistent with your choices and applicable law. The optional text-message checkbox is a separate choice. You may request a review without opting into texts.

Inquiry-related contact does not authorize unrelated promotions. Separate permission will be requested where required for marketing, automated calls, or prerecorded or artificial-voice communications. Providing a number does not authorize contact at legally prohibited times.

Text frequency varies with the inquiry. Carrier message and data charges may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for assistance, or tell a representative your preferences. You may ask to stop calls, use an available email unsubscribe option, or request another available contact channel. Communications are subject to carrier and service availability.

Consultations, attorney fees, and expenses

The consultation is always free. There is no obligation to hire us. A consultation or estimate does not create a fee agreement.

“No attorney fee unless we recover for you” applies to qualifying contingency-fee matters. Case expenses and court costs are different from attorney fees and may remain payable by the client under the applicable agreement. Fees may be calculated before expenses are deducted. Contingency arrangements are not available for every matter, and some fees require legal or agency approval.

Your engagement agreement and applicable law control the fees and expenses for your matter. Ask the team to explain those terms before deciding whether to hire the firm.

Advertising, testimonials, and case results

This website contains attorney advertising. A testimonial describes one person’s experience and is not a promise about yours. A past settlement, verdict, or recovery does not establish the value of a different claim.

Firm-wide recovery totals can include multiple practice areas and many cases. Published recovery figures may be gross amounts before attorney fees, costs, and expenses. Eligibility and outcomes depend on the individual matter. Awards or recognitions may concern a particular lawyer or period.

The site does not imply approval by a government agency or military branch. Social Security and veterans-benefit matters are subject to their own rules. Free veterans-benefit assistance may be available through the Department of Veterans Affairs, county veterans services, and accredited veterans service organizations.

Where the firm can assist

Services depend on the matter and the lawyers authorized to handle it. Information about South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia does not mean every attorney is licensed in every state, or that every type of case is accepted everywhere.

The firm will identify the appropriate legal team and explain any referral or co-counsel arrangement when relevant.

Permitted use and content rights

You may access the site for lawful personal information and inquiries. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious files or spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other visitors, or collect information from the site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Branding, photographs, written material, and other site content belong to the firm or their respective owners. Normal personal viewing does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial reuse. Obtain permission for any reuse that requires it.

Availability and external links

The website and third-party services can be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, or technical faults. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or successful delivery of every inquiry. If you are unsure whether your request arrived, contact the firm directly.

Links to another website are provided for convenience. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not imply an endorsement or a guarantee of that service.

Limits of these website terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee that every item is complete, current, or free of technical error. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by interruptions or inaccuracies in general website information to the extent the law permits that limitation.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or reduces a lawyer’s duties under an accepted engagement or professional rules. These terms do not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or shorten a legal filing deadline.

South Carolina law and applicable federal law govern website-use disputes to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that otherwise apply. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.

For questions about these website terms, contact George Sink Injury Lawyers at (888) 612-7001 or write to 7011 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. For information requests, see the Privacy Policy.
