At a glance. You can ask for a case review without agreeing to unrelated marketing. Text-message consent is optional. Contacting us does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the landing pages and inquiry forms at go.sinklaw.com, operated for George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers (“George Sink Injury Lawyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers information connected with those pages and the resulting intake communications. The main firm website is covered by a separate privacy notice.

Information handled during an accepted legal engagement may also be subject to professional confidentiality duties, our engagement agreement, and additional notices. This policy does not replace those protections.

Information connected with your visit or inquiry

  • Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, state, selected practice area, brief description of your situation, and contact or text-message choices.
  • Visit and attribution information: the page you visited, referring website, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, available analytics identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, and interactions with our pages.
  • Intake records: communications, follow-up activity, the status of your inquiry, and information you provide when speaking with our team. Call-tracking tools may associate a call with the campaign or page that led you to us.

Please keep the initial description brief. Do not use the landing-page form to send Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, passwords, or detailed confidential documents. Our team can explain an appropriate way to provide additional material if needed.

How information is used

Information helps our team route your inquiry, assess whether we can assist, respond through your selected contact channels, manage follow-up, and maintain intake records. It also supports website operation, fraud and spam prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance with legal or professional obligations.

Campaign information helps us understand which advertising generates inquiries and improve our pages. Selected conversion information may be used to measure advertising results, subject to the applicable platform rules and privacy choices. Case descriptions and medical or legal documents are intended for intake handling, not advertising profiles.

Intake systems and service providers

Our landing-page workflow uses WordPress and Elementor forms, with Zapier routing submissions to Salesforce/Litify. Form notifications may also be delivered by email to the firm and its intake-support providers. Depending on the contact channel and configuration, providers may include Invoca, Juvo Leads, and Speak2Leads. Hosting, security, communications, and technical support providers may process information to perform services for us.

We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect people, our services, or legal rights. If another firm or professional is proposed to assist with your matter, our team will explain the arrangement and obtain permission when required.

Mobile contact information and text-message permission are not sold or disclosed for another party’s promotional use. Service providers may process the information needed to deliver communications for us, rather than for their own advertising.

Cookies, local storage, and advertising technology

Our pages may use cookies, session storage, pixels, and similar tools. Some support functionality and security; others measure page use, preserve campaign attribution, or report advertising results. A click identifier such as a Google or Meta click ID and campaign details may be stored during your visit and submitted with your inquiry.

Depending on the campaign, site configuration, and privacy choices, technologies may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Tag Manager manages other tags; the information collected depends on the tags actually enabled. Advertising providers may receive browsing or device information and use it under their own policies. Some advertising uses can qualify as targeted advertising or sharing under applicable privacy laws.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser and use privacy controls offered by the relevant advertising platform. Blocking cookies may affect some features and does not necessarily stop every form of measurement. Where a site consent control is provided, use it to adjust the categories it manages. You can also contact us about privacy or opt-out requests using the details below. Merely reading this policy is not consent to optional tracking.

Calls, texts, and email

Our team and providers acting for us may respond about the inquiry you submit. The form’s optional text-message choice is separate from your request for contact. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from requesting a case review. Additional permission for marketing or automated communications will be obtained when required; the general inquiry request is not permission for unrelated promotions.

You can ask us to stop calls or change your contact preferences. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact our team. Message frequency depends on the conversation, and your carrier’s message or data charges may apply. If you receive promotional email, use its unsubscribe option or contact us. If a call is recorded or transcribed, we provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Privacy requests and choices

Contact us to ask about information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access or receive a copy of your information, opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures, limit certain uses, or appeal a decision about a request.

We may need information to verify a request or an authorized representative. A request can be limited by obligations to preserve legal files, protect another person’s rights, maintain security, or comply with law. We will explain applicable limitations and any available appeal process. Do not send identity documents through the case-review form unless our team specifically directs you to an appropriate channel.

Retention, security, and location

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of an inquiry or engagement, applicable professional and legal requirements, and any need to resolve disputes or maintain security. Intake, communication, advertising, and backup systems may have different retention periods.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. No website, email channel, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. The firm and its service providers operate systems in the United States and may process information in other locations. Where required, applicable safeguards govern those transfers.

Children and external websites

These landing pages are intended for adults seeking legal services, including adults seeking help on behalf of a child. They are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information directly can contact us so we can address it appropriately.

External websites, social networks, and embedded services can have separate privacy practices. Review their notices when using their services.
